~Some GOALS for The 8 Week Battle #7~

Here are some goals I NEED to focus on during these next 8 weeks.

I have lost a GREAT amount of weight..BUT since I hit a plateau that lasted nearly 3 months I have kinda lost my way..Well maybe I steered off the track a little emoticon

1.QFC EVERYDAY!! If I forget that's fine.BUT I have to do them before going to bed.If not the next day I guess I'm making myself do"DOUBLE"!

2.TRACK,TRACK,TRACK!!!!!!! If it goes in my mouth I track it! Even if I don't wanna see the end result.

3.Do a minimum of 30 min of cardio 6 days a week.

4.Strength train 2-3 x's a week emoticon

5.To drink 8-10 cups of water everyday emoticon

Since I hit my plateau,and I haven't been able to "LOSE" I will set a small goal of trying to lost 7 pounds this Battle.
I usually pick something like 14 or 16 emoticon
I will check this list often..And let you all know if I have been true to my goals..OR NOT.
