Fitting into those clothes that have been hidden in the wardrobe for what seems like ages!

I don't know what possessed me today but I had to try ...
I opened the wardrobe door ... no I didn't step through to find myself in another world.
I simply stared at a few items I haven't been able to wear for a long while.
Clothes such as the UK size 10 skirts ... which I haven't been able to zip up around my waist but I can now!!! They looked beautiful on and really showed off my new found figure. What an amazing feeling.
I then tried on the pair of jeans ... both are tight but I can do them up. This is huge progress from the time when I couldn't even get them over my thighs. So back into the wardrobe they went to try on again in another month.
I tried on the dresses - they slipped on lovely and looked too baggy! What? Too baggy, I hear you say. Yes, baggy but comfortable.
I am so happy.
It really is true: "Nothing feels as good as being slim feels."
So what next?
My bras! I searched through my drawers. I looked at the dull lifeless things ... old and worn out and far too big for my new figure ... it was inevitable. I had to go shopping for some new bras! Yippee.
Bright pinks ones with matching knickers, black and white ones. Lovely.
Got home, and tried them on. Two out of the four I bought were little too small. GULP!
I'm between bra sizes ... oh well. Keep losing and I'll soon fit in them.
So altogether it have been a happy clothes fitting day.
Now I had to resist the banana cake I made earlier. The family love it. It's simple but tasty and keeps beckoning me.
