the importance of sleep to me

Sleep is one of my most favorite things to do.

I have figured out that my bipolar is less up and down with plenty of sleep.

I eat better when I have had enough sleep.

I get more accomplished in the way of house and yard work when I sleep good.

When I am tired, I eat junk just to get thru the next hour, and end up needing a nap as soon as I get home from work.

I am more easily tempted to go for the goodies and over eat when I am tired. More likely to take on a project or activity, with more sleep.

This week I have been really tired. Good thing is that becuase of his 2 hospitalizations, my boss has been taken off chemo for the time being, and hopefully his next scan will show a reduction. I can hold down the office, even really busy by myself, but it is just so much more fun when you have someone who is not a client to talk to.

    I hope your boss gets well. My son continues to have good reports from his Cancer follow up. He had 4 rounds of Chemotherapy last year and it was so awful, but it saved his life.
