It’s got to stop: I’ve reset my goals.

I haven’t blogged for awhile as I have been on a “Roller Coaster Weight Ride” that has left me listless and unmotivated. It’s got to stop. emoticonI started thinking about this when one of my team leaders posted a challenge for July. Thank You 60SIXTY.

So I am dedicating the month of July to changing my way of acting and thinking. A month to start good and healthy Spark streaks. I even went to my Spark Page and changed my profile picture to “GOALS”. That should remind me to tackle each day with prayer and renewed vigor.

When at the lowest dip of that Roller Coaster, I had gained 8 pounds. I’ve lost 2 of those the last few days, Yes, I know it’s Water Retention weight, but it’s still weight that’s GONE for good. emoticon

The streaks that I’ll be focusing on is:
Spending more time with my God in prayer and reflection,
Eating Healthy by having a “rainbow” of foods daily,
Portion Control,
Staying within my 1200-1300 calorie range,
Doing my strength and cardio on schedule,
Lowering my BMI,
Remember to wear my pedometer AND paying attention to it,
Love and laugh a little more,
And a month to do as I say, NOT TO DO as I have been doing.

I shall post a blog weekly on how I am doing. I know I CAN DO THIS and even have fun doing it. emoticon emoticon

Have a great July Sparkers and Happy 4th of July Weekend…………
