A Spark friend of mine has been blogging about the benefits of wearing a smile through out the day. She’s right. It makes those around us happier and for that matter we’re happier because of that simple action. We become more positive. I agree with that whole heartily. And that’s what I “TRIED” to do last night.

I tried to do it for my DH as he and I spent last night in the ER and later when he was admitted to the hospital. But it’s so hard to smile when your loved one is going through some sort of a yet to be determined situation. As my DH says, “It’s just another bump in the road”. I look at ER’s and hospital admissions more like mountains. But that’s me, a bit of a pessimist bordering on a worrywart, if you must.

His diagnosis is yet to be determined. All tests came back last night okay. He’ll have more testing done this morning. Anyway I will enter his hospital room this morning with that emoticonon my face. Prayfully it will stay that way.

So to all my Spark Buddies out there: Please wear that emoticonon your face today; it really does give one a more positive attitude. At least it is doing that for me right now.

I’ve had my time with my Lord, have written this blog, so I guess it’s time for me to get ready to face whatever is ahead of me today. Have a SPARKTASTIC day everyone. I’ll talk to you later and S M I L E…..S M I L E…..S M I L E.
