4 pounds away from an ipod

I have always hated to exercise and to be honest here,that is what this site is all about after all, I have been a slacker on the walking part of my goal. Sure I add a few steps here and there but regular consistent exercise. I haven't done that yet. I think I have learned a lot about the calorie-carb-fat-protein ratios and I will continue to learn more. My next step is to get honest and serious about moving my body. My first goal reward is an iPod for losing 20 pounds. That's only 4 pounds away!!! Now I have to decide what color....let me just go to the website and check that out. First song to load is "I LIKE TO MOVE IT" maybe it will brainwash me into thinking I do. LOL emoticon emoticon

    Keep moving!!! Don't go through the drive through at the bank -- park a ways out & walk in. Don't stop at the mailbox on your way home -- walk over from the house. Take the steps instead of the elevator. Try a few squats when you take a bathroom break. Do a few counter-top pushups when you're fixing meals. March in place during TV commercials ... you'll find it gets to be fun to find little ways to work fitness into your day!! And enjoy that IPOD!! (mine is a pink nano)

    YOU CAN DO THIS!! I have a smaller one...a nano pod in a great blue color. I love this. This is what gets me through exercise, through negative thinking as you have control of what song you want to be inspired by. 4 pounds...I'm praying and keeping my fingers and toes crossed so you will get you iPod soon!!! Great, great great motivation!! Best to you!
