Roasted Veges Yummilicious

Recently discovered how tasty roasted veges can be. I made up enough for DH and myself for the week and can have them over rice, quinoa or amaranth. Cauliflower, fennel,shallots,red onions,white turnips,peppers and portabello mushrooms. I had a talk with DH and he is now on board with changing his ways so now we can support each other in our efforts to get healthy. This is making the healthy lifestyle so much easier to follow.
