Not in the mood. Hungry. Stuff to do. No motivation.
Got gym clothes laid out. Socks and shoes ready. Music available. Will charge the blamed thing tonight. (charges off the laptop, the cord is in my way when I am working) Going to go look at my calories so far (I don't technically end my counts until I go to bed, since I keep odd hours)
Shake stuff will be available when I get up- just add to water and shake it up. Cold water available for the gym.
So, apparently the only thing standing in my way is this negative mindset...
But remember how great I will feel after I get done!
20 minutes on the treadmill at a speedy pace...and then just maybe a round on the weight machines, and then another 20, to get me boosted up on my minutes, to burn some serious calories, and really get that engine burning for the weekend!
So, now I am accountable...
