A set back so soon

Ok, I'm only like 5 days into this thing and I'm having set backs after set backs. I know I can overcome these, but boy, is it a struggle. I'm always so tired yet I'm getting 7 hours of sleep. Why can't this be easier? I'm so lacking motivation today. Can you tell?

    OMG!!! Ashley I know you!!! :) I used to use this site when I lived in North Carolina! Just recently decided to get back on the wagon b/c I need the motivation. Wedding is coming so soon. I have been making small choices like the goal for our city says. It really does help. Like today, I woke up at a healthy breakfast, then I wanted a healthy workout, and NOW I want to go outside. I guess making a choice early in the day really does set the tone for the day. I know myself.... if I have one sweet high cal thing, I go on a bindge..... so I know you can do it! :) Perhaps we can keep in contact on here. I know you know my sister, Amber so..... Could be a good thing.

    When I first started, it was hard too. It seemed I kept falling off the wagon nearly every other day, and sometimes I still do. But so long as I woke up knowing that the next day was a brand new day with a new start, it gradually got better. Just keep picking up where you left off. One day, it will all click. Good luck!!!
