Our Thanksgiving (picture)

Friday, November 26, 2010

My daughter wanted to take a picture of our pretty T-Day table, which I am sharing with you now...

We started the day by getting up early and driving to Medford to walk/run in the annual Turkey Trot. It was only 2 miles, but I was really motivated to move with all those people passing me! I was sore after that.

After we got home, we leisurely started preparing the meal. It was just us four this year, so no rushing, no stress.

Wonderful food! I ate too much, but who didn't... Just spent the rest of the evening napping on the couch and watching TV. Hubs even washed the dishes...love it!

I had a great holiday, great weather, spent it at home with my beloved family, no in-laws or other irritating individuals to deal with, just my favorite people around me.

The kids were great, everybody helped, the kitchen is clean this morning, overall I'd call it a great success.

Have a great weekend!
