Busy Moving Day

Today my daughter moved out and into her own apartment. I am so excited for her, it is right downtown where she wanted to be. I got in a great workout carrying boxes and furniture first out to the moving truck and then moving those same boxes and furniture up 3 flights of stairs! I came home really tired and have decided to take the rest of the evening off, laying around watching tv. Tomorrow I need to start into my own packing so I can move into my new home down in Florida.
I am struggling to stay on the good path of a healthy lifestyle. I am hoping that with no one else in the house I can rid the house of all the "bad" food in order to push myself back to the better path. I have been pretty good about getting my workouts in every day and I am getting back on track with my water consumption. I know what I need to do, I feel like I am succumbing to the stressors of missing my husband (he is in LA), packing up my home of 20 years taking only the things that have meaning, and getting ready to move to sunny Florida. I am trying hard to not be stressed about all of it, I do know that it will all work out in the end. I deal with it well during the day but my downfall is in the evening when I finally sit down to relax. I think I will set up some "good" choice munchies to grab when I get to that fidgety point of the evening.
I can do this and I will keep trying each and every day. Tomorrow my mini goal is to eat 3 decent meals, 2 good snacks, and drink at least 8 glasses of water.
