Ok so I had my workouts ALL planned out.I made myself a little Calendar with ALL of my goals.
So how did I do?? In the beginning of Jan I weighed in @ 238 lbs.
NOT really moving too much.Still Sparking..Just not using it to better MYSELF!!
I am HAPPY to SHOUT
I lost 8 lbs this month!! I'm @230 lbs.
I AM MOVING!! I started out small..Just 10 fitness minutes 6x's a week..I have DOUBLED that!! And its almost like I "HAVE TO"do it..OR ELSE!!
So I already made up another Calendar with workouts..
Strength training days
Will it be the same as last months??
NO..I am adding NEW videos for Yoga,and Pilates
which I love..This has STRENGTHENED my body beyond words
I believe I'm ready to start doing some Tae-Bo as well.
Fitness minutes will stay doubled..Probably wont add more to this until this feels like second nature to me..Make sense??
How good was I at TRACKING EVERY BITE?? I would say about 85/100% Not too bad!! HOWEVER now my Battle is in motion..So my TRACKING will HAVE TO BE @ 100%
I have noticed even on bad days..If I track,and look at what I have done..I am REALLY focused the next day..TRY IT!! It works!!
Don't care what anyone says..WATER makes a difference on that scale!! At least for ME.
I can't take all the credit for my great kick start to the NEW YEAR..PRAYING has went into this..So thank you JESUS!!
For the next week..My Warriors,and I are working on choosing ONE meal to make sure at least HALF our plate is veggies,or fruit.If its easy we move to 2 or 3 meals.Then maybe even our snacks..WOW can you even imagine CONQUERING "FOOD"??
We SHOULD eat like this already..But the reality is not all of us do this.
