So, I'm tracking my water... although probably not managing to do something outside everyday. Yesterday I did two things so maybe I can count one of those for the day before, although that does feel like cheating. I have also ordered the SparkPeople fitness DVDs that will hopefully work for me - helping me to do 10 minutes of fitness a day.

On Sunday I'm going to look at the nutrition pages on SparkPeople and start to plan my shopping and cooking for the week. I have my birthday party on Saturday so am waiting until that's finished so I can start fresh - although probably with a hangover emoticon

So, work today... weekend starts this afternoon... I'm hoping to get some real SparkPeople work this weekend - starting with the nutrition and also perhaps write down my life goals.

Good luck to me. I'm feeling motivated, challenged and excited about how I'm going to live my life from now on!
