Prepared for the weekend!

Well, we had a few drinks last night - so I'm feeling a little dull this morning but I'm ready to go.
I used the nutrition plan yesterday to plan meals for the next week, starting today. I found it was really usable and I loved the way it lets you substitute - and give you lots of options. I found that it was good to do that on Friday as I had time to go through day by day, make any changes then print the shopping list and menu plans.
This weekend is quite busy - ballet classes for the girls then a 4th birthday party. I'm going to be strong and not eat anything at the party!
So, it's not even 8am and I have done my Nicole's Cardio blast workout. I started gently with the Walk it Out workout.
I WILL be strong this weekend!
