Don't want to go to work tomorrow!

Well, it's Sunday early evening... the girls are sleeping, at the wrong time but we went out for an afternoon walk (just under an hour long) and took them in the wagon so they couldn't sleep on the way. Hopefully when I start cooking dinner they'll wake up a little and getting them ready for and into bed won't be too much of a drama.

We had a good day today. We started off with a cooked breakfast, courtesy of the nutrition plan. Unfortunately I made a few changes and didn't think it through properly so I had shrimp for dinner last night, shrimp for breakfast and shrimp for lunch! A lesson learned there!

This morning I had a big of a lie in which was good. I was up until very late last night and had a few drinks. Some friends came over and we played wii, including Dance Dance Revolution so some calories burned there! But it was about 1.30am before I went to bed! I snacked late last night too - I ate some celery with hummus and was probably not 100% honest with tracking the quantity of hummus. I need to get out of that habit.

Now, I must go to get the girls lunches ready for tomorrow.... hopefully they will actually eat some of it!

Looking forward to my first week of proper planning and using the nutrition plan. I am loving the online and iphone nutrition plan program! It's too easy!
