Back on track

So, it's been a while. Since November I had actually gained some of my weight back. Last month I was at 250 and I'm now down to 239. OMG! I can't believe I'm actually out of the 240's. I think when I married my husband almost 5 years ago I weighed 230 - 235. I'm so happy to be making progress. I've got walking the last 2 Monday's with a friend and yesterday I walked 2.5 miles. I probably burned more calories laughing because we were having such a good time. It was great! I also have take a Zumba class in my town but had to ease out of it for a bit because I mildly injured my knee. I've always had problems with my knees since I've been overweight for 100% of my adult life. I do enjoy Zumba so much and was actually able to keep up with the class. Anyway, I want to update. We'll see if I can stay consistent this time.
