Temptation Pizza - RESISTED!

So, I got up this morning at 5.25am (I’d been awake since 5am) and did my 10 minute Walk it Out Work Out and I felt good about that.
I also felt great that I resisted the Pizza temptation yesterday! My friend came over to watch the Oscars, bringing her kids, and they all had pizza and I had a lean cuisine instead! I was going to cook myself something but the pizza took a lot less time to arrive than expected so I had to quickly rush to get my dinner in the microwave and resist the temptation – even to not take the crusts off the girls’ pieces as I know they won’t eat them – normally I would have eaten my slices and their crusts too!
I bought the Wii fit on Saturday and have used it for 40 minutes on Saturday and about 25 on Sunday. It’s not bad, but I want to check out the other game I have for it – the Biggest Loser game as maybe that will burn more calories. I’m finding the aerobic activities don’t seem to last that long on Wii fit, or maybe it’s just because I don’t know how to use it properly yet. I did some of the strength training exercises too, which were quite good.
I’m a bit stiff and I need to think about my posture more. My chiropractor told me I’m leaning my head a bit so I have to start thinking about sitting up straight in my chair and being careful when I pick up the girls.
Anyway... still going strong. I’ve been tracking, although yesterday was semi-retrospectively which often doesn’t keep me as honest as I should be. I was a bit naughty and stepped on the scales last night – and obviously got a different reading than on my weigh day first thing in the morning. This was in the afternoon, after drinking nearly all my 8 glasses and eating breakfast and lunch!
I am still doing my snack-binge in the evening... I don’t think I’ll buy peanuts again! And I must get the crochet kit out! Perhaps if I keep my hands busy I will stop thinking about food and what I can have!
Hopefully I’ll get to play some more on the wii fit tonight!
