Feeling pumped!

Well, I'm feeling excited... I've found this awesome software that will help me get my thoughts together for my writing! I've already added the characters and a couple of scenes. So far I love it. It's a free 30 day trial so I will try to use it as much as possible to make sure I really love it before I commit. This is showing quite good restraint as normally I would have just gone ahead and bought it!

I also have got all my tax stuff together to go to the accountant's in half an hour.

I've spent an hour on my writing project. I've also done some swimming this morning. And I unpacked another box (we moved 2 months ago!) and tidied up my desk.

I'm feeling very positive today. I think it's a combination of the swimming (although my knee is still feeling a little off) and ticking off some "To Dos" and it's also Friday which is my day off from the office all by myself! Plus I'm excited about writing. I've not felt this excited about it for a long time.

Oh, and my friend has joined Spark People and I do hope that she finds it as motivating and helpful as I do.

My weight loss was fairly small this week - 0.3kgs. However, this was expected and I know why it is not very big - I slipped up really badly last weekend and ate and drank too much and bad things. This will not happen this weekend.

I got Mark to take photos of me and my bulk last night and I will keep them with me so I can look at them whenever I think about falling off the healthy wagon. I need to work out how to upload them on my iphone so they're with me always. I'm too self-conscious currently to post them on my spark page. Perhaps when I don't look like the pictures any more I can post them up... together with a photo of me holding up my "fat pants".

Anyway, it is nearly the weekend and I'm looking forward to it. I need to reset my monthly weight loss goal as it was a bit unrealistic anyway. But I will only add on 1kg.

I can do this and I will do this!
