Today, I did Elite Maximum Power, then I did about half of all the moves in Billy's Monthly Challenge for February.
25 Push ups with Chest touching the ground each time.
Stationary 1 Legged Squat holding for 30 seconds each leg
50 Side Kicks
50 Round House Kicks
50 Back Kicks
50 Squat Front Kicks, each leg
Then I did about 30 min of Basic Training bootcamp, forwarded through the warm up and some other parts and finished with the abs.
