Good results from monitoring my snacking!

Woo hoo to me! I lost 1.1kgs this week!

That brings my total loss to 4.9kgs which is a total of 10.8lbs. And the 1.1kgs loss this week keeps me in line with my weight loss goal for October. I hope I can keep it up!

I did well this week because I monitored my night time snacking and restricted snacks using strategies from a nutrition chat thread on SP. Thanks to all the girls for their great ideas, they work! I did have Greek take out one night but I didn't eat the left overs the next day and I haven't drunk very much this week. I used to be a big drinker but I'm finding that I rarely drink these days.

I'm feeling good! It's early on my day off but I have to leave soon to take the girls to daycare. Then I'm going for a swim, I have a chiropractor appointment after some writing then I'm meeting a friend for lunch. Then we are packing up the tent trailer and heading south! Even though the forecast is rain all weekend, we thought we'd take the opportunity to go for some camping. It should be fun. I will have to be careful to measure what I'm consuming and also keep track on my water intake... I don't want to break my streaks! The campsite has an indoor pool so we'll be able to swim if nothing else!
