Up before first light to exercise again!

Bad day at work today... motivationally wise anyway. I’ve got tomorrow off which is nice. I’m going to go for a swim as I missed going this weekend. I also want to get some writing done too and I might get my nails done with my friend. A good “me” day.

Good day so far though really as I was up at 5.30am doing my 80s aerobics workout and I'm tracking!

Tonight I’ll be going to the Circuit training class and hopefully that will make up for my bingeing last night... I need to get Mark’s chocolate covered raisins out of reach! I will also try to google an easy knitting pattern or go through the knitting I have already started to keep my hands busy. I’m a bit bad for starting different projects and not finishing them.

Last night I was bad... I drank some more ice-wine, not a lot, but still – empty calories on a Sunday night. I also helped myself to too many chocolate covered raisins... yes, I tracked them but maybe not as honestly as I should... I have to get back on track to get to my target weight in October!

OK.. back to work... time to focus... I need to develop a good plan to extend past my current contract that goes to the end of July...
