I lost 1kg last week! Great work! But I checked my weight today and have gained 0.4kgs back... I had a bit of a bad weekend really, I went out for dinner on Friday night and drank a bottle of wine. I had more wine out on Saturday night too... and Greek take away... and ate too much!
However, back on track today - I've been for a swim this morning and am going to the circuit training class tonight. I have a couple more 10 minute dvd workouts to try and just bought some dumb bells from Winners so I can use a couple more of the programs on the Fit Firm and Fired up dvd.
I've bought a couple more cookbooks... One is a Betty Crocker 300 calorie or less book and the other two are for the girls' lunchboxes. They never seem to eat much of the "good stuff" at lunch so I've tried them with some salmon and sweet corn mini quiches today with carrots and celery on the side. They also have a low fat banana (and chocolate chip) muffin each.
The weather at the weekend was really awful. We had to spend most of yesterday inside as it was just raining all day. Today is gorgeous though, a real taste of spring. Hopefully it will be nice again at the weekend as we're going camping again. This time I will focus hard on my water intake as I messed up last time. I also want to make sure that we get some exercise in - there is no pool at this campsite so we will have to do something else. Hopefully it will be nice enough to go for a walk.
So, focus this week on making up for the weekend... not giving in to night time cravings... and spacing out the Skinny Cow 100 calorie Chocolate Truffle Bars!!! My new favourite thing!!! They are awesome! I cannot believe they are only 100 calories!
