Many of you that I am close to know I have been MIA lately.

A lot of family stuff has been going on...Things that were just heartbreaking.
Other than that....

He ALWAYS comes through.
I wont go into details, mainly because many people have different beliefs.

My BESTIE here on Spark was amazing, always checking up on me...She advised me to Blog about my issues, and feelings...She knew Sparkers from all over would do their best to help my hurting heart emoticon BUT I did not listen...However I am here now to say it feels
emoticonto workout, and TRACK my food!!! emoticon emoticon emoticonYAY!!! Go "ME" emoticon
Getting in that exercise even if it is a small one before work is TOUGH(at 5:45am ) emoticon
BUT so rewarding...I believe I just might be BACK ON TRACK!!! emoticon

So I wanted to give GREAT BIG emoticonfor all those that left me a kind comment, for the emails, and the PRAYERS!!!
Please know I appreciate each, and everyone of you.

Christina... I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I have been away from Spark since January due to family matters myself and am just now coming back. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

    Christina,

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your grandfather. That is so painful, and then on top of all the other things you are going through. Life can be hard and hurtful but we always come out stronger on the other side of trials, eventually and end up being able to comfort others. I pray the Lord will comfort your heart and give you the strength you need everyday to get through this difficult time. I'm so thankful He knows the whole story, from begining to end.
Congratulations on getting back on track. You are an awesome person.

    Love and Hugs,
    Margaret

Sorry to hear about your grandfather and other curve balls life's throwing you but I just heard on NPR's Your Health podcast that those that live the longest lives have the ability to rebound and you're definitely showing signs of that. You're focusing on you and your long term happiness. emoticon

Glad you are back to it; We all hit rough patches, and it's awesome that you are fighting. God is good and His grace endureth forever! Cast your cares on Him, for He cares for you. Oh, even though I don't "know" you, so do I! emoticon

It's so hard to lose a loved one on or near a holiday, 'Tina. My favorite uncle died on my birthday in March. The worst part was that due to a family feud, no one told me until a full month later. I cried for two days. Know my heart, mind, and of course, my prayers, are with you as this grief-stricken time passes. Yes, God is Good and He will see us through.

    God Bless,
