Feb 6 - Working out and Working Hard

On Tuesday, I was quite fatigued from Monday's workout so I just did a 1.2 mile jog around the neighborhood, which included 2 small hills and one long one.
Then I wanted to focus on my form and technique while looking at myself in my new full length mirror so I did the Foundation DVD. That was really good for me to keep focusing on form and balance. Afterward, I did about 30 push ups, did 20 sit ups without support and then 30 full sit ups (laying flat and then bringing arms and legs up at the same time and touching the heel of my foot). Then I had a nice stretch.
