B L C 1 7 Weekend Challenge! Woo hoo!!!

Since we are heading in to BLC17, what better than the B L C 1 7 Challenge!
B: Bite it, write it...Track every calorie consumed 5 points
L: Lift it: Strength training (10 min/day) 5 points per 10 minutes, max 15 points/day
C: Cardio (20 minutes/day) 5 points per 20 minutes, max 15 points/day
1: Leave a comment on 1 fellow BLC'ers page 5 points per comment, max 10 points/day
7: 7 cups of water a day 5 points
Max points per day: 50
B: F(5) S(0) S() Went way over on calories on Sat but tracked them!
L: F(5) S(5) S(5)
C: F(15) S(15) S()
1: F(10) S(10) S(10)
7: F(5) S(5) S()
Let's see how I go!!! Hopefully I will be able to track more accurately. I'm going to try to over-estimate my calories instead of under-estimate when I'm not sure.
I've not focussed on daily strength training for a while either so here we go! I'm excited!!!
