trying something a little different

hey! i just wanted to give my spark friends a little heads up that i probably won't be around spark very much anymore....or at least for awhile.

i've found that i've been logging in just to get my spark points, which is great and all, but points don't help me lose weight.

i also found a couple great, simple aps for my iPod for tracking calories, designing and tracking exercise routines, and connecting with others. and they work when i'm not online (well, other than for "connecting", obviously) which is important since most of the time, i'm not online.

bottom line is these have really helped me stay on track throughout the day and i find myself not spending as much time wasting time online, so not as much time on spark.

i'd still love to stay in touch with my spark friends so i invite you all to look me up on other sites that i will probably be using more:
