Day 3 Flat Belly Diet - down 4 lbs since Wednesday!

Last night was OK... not great. I had a bit of back ache and didn’t want to take anything for it because I’m trying to clean up on this jump start diet. I also cooked Mark Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada soup (Spark Recipe) and it looked so much nicer than my dinner:
1/2 cup potatoes (little tiny baby ones)
1 cup mushrooms sauteed in 1tsp olive oil
3 oz turkey
But it filled the spot. This was followed later in the evening by the smoothie which I made with:
1 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen peaches.
As I don’t have the flaxseed oil, I added 1/4 cup sunflower seeds on the side.
12.40. I’m just eating my lunch, 4oz deli turkey, 1 cheese string, 1 cup steamed carrots. It’s OK but I will be glad to have something a little more interesting on Sunday!
I forgot to weigh myself this morning but will try to remember tomorrow.
Breakfast was the same as it has been apart from swapping the apple sauce for 2tbsp of raisins, which mixed nicely with the sunflower seeds.
I’m feeling a bit tired... and a bit stiff. I should really get onto the treadmill again but I’m not feeling like it so I’m going to see how I feel later. I’ve just been raking leaves in the garden for 80 minutes! The trees still have so many leaves on! I also saw a bear poo at the bottom of the garden!!! Luckily not the bear!
I’ve had no chewing gum cravings today - so either it’s because I associate it with getting through my day at work or 2 days cold turkey has broken my addiction!
OK - productive morning so far, I’ve been through the girls’ clothes and have a bag to give away and their drawers are all organized with summer clothes put away. I am now going to attempt to go through their toys and put some toys to one side for friends who are having babies in March or to sell on Craigslist. Not sure yet!

7.41am Saturday: I’m sorry, I apologize. I forgot to write the rest of my day 3 blog yesterday. It got quite exciting around here at dinner time as the neighbours spotted a black bear in our garden! We didn’t see it - although we can tell it’s been as it left us a nice present!
So, my snack was a bit disappointing. We have a problem with our fridge and the blueberries were only partially frozen so it didn’t make for a thick smoothie. I switched the sunflower seeds for almonds as I was too busy to sit nibbling sunflower seeds.
Dinner was 1/2 cup brown rice, 3 oz turkey and 1 cup cooked carrots. It was fairly satisfying although I am craving something with more flavor!
This morning I weighed myself and I’m down again, not as much today but overall I I’m down 4lbs since Wednesday!
I’ve just had my last jump start breakfast and I can’t say that I’m sorry. It was the same as yesterday, 1 cup rice crispies, 1 cup skim milk, 2 tbsp raisins and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds.
OK. Now I’ll sign off and start planning my meals for my first week on the flat belly diet proper!
