Giving Thanks Challenge

I've had many team mates ask about the BLC 17 challenge for the weekends. Here is this weekend's challenge. We all try to get as many points as possible. The BLC is divided into several sub teams and we compete against each other (teams) The team with the highest score, wins the weekend challenge. The team with the highest weight loss has their name up in lights. I'm on the Light Blue Bombshells, our team was up in lights this week. Hoorah!!!

Tis the season for “GIVING THANKS”. (Friday Nov 25th - Monday Nov 28th)

Turkey day has come and gone and now it’s time to carve away those calories and GIVE THANKS to our bodies.

GIVE THANKS to your MUSCLES with STRENGTH TRAINING.
~ Work your muscles a TOTAL of 3 sets of 10-12 reps on each body section, upper, lower & core. (50pts ONE TIME)
2 (core)+

GIVE THANKS to your HEART & LUNGS with CARDIOVASCULAR activity.
~ 2 hours TOTAL of planned intentional heart raising cardio. (50pts ONE TIME )
47+

GIVE THANKS to your CELLS by replenishing them with WATER.
~ 8 cups minimum EACH challenge day. (50pts ONE TIME)
8+

GIVE THANKS to your INTESTINES with FREGGIES to clean out the junk.
~ 5 servings minimum EACH challenge day. (50pts ONE TIME)
5+

GIVE THANKS to YOU with one Spark BLOG of THANKS.
~ expressing the positive things you’ve accomplished in this round. NO NEGATIVITY! (50pts ONE TIME)

GIVE THANKS to your TEAM with GOODIES of the Spark kind.
~ 5 different team mates TOTAL. (50pts ONE TIME)

Each GIVE THANKS is ALL OR NOTHING. *There are NO daily points to keep track of! Complete each area of GIVE THANKS for 50pts EACH.
