Goals for the Weekend SAC Challenge!

ALMOST ANYTHING GOES WEEKEND CHALLENGE

Friday Dec 16 - Monday Dec 19

Create a to-do list for the weekend on Friday.
Include goals that you want to accomplish (fitness, nutrition, etc.) or simply things that need to get done.
The list should have at least 20 items on it (5 for each day) and take longer than 15 minutes to accomplish.
At the end of the weekend, post the number of goals that you accomplished.
Copy and paste and add your list of 20....I know it is going to be long!

2. Research Vegan cooking lessons
3. Plan the week’s meals
4. Read more about eating Vegan
5. Wrap some more presents
Sat -
1. Track my food!
2. Do a fun activity with the girls
3. Play a game on wii
4. Check out the old netbook to use while away
5. Try a new Vegan recipe
Sun
1. Track my food!
2. Get back on the treadmill
3. Make one meal in advance to freeze to eat next week
4. Take a bath with Epsom salts
5. Do some Zumba on wii
Mon
1. Track my food!
2. Wrap some more presents
3. Throw out some old clothes
4. Do 15 minutes on the exercise bike or exercise DVD
5. Do a bit of accounts sorting out (start spreadsheet for this financial year)
