12 in 12 Challenge! Round 1

I’ve joined the 12 in 12 challenge with the Vegetarian Spark Team:
I am SO up for this challenge (I think I gained 12lbs in 12 days over the holidays!!!).
I’m a late starter as I just got back from my New Year’s vacation with friends and this challenge started on Monday but here goes:
My first 12s for 2012:
I would love to lose 12lbs in 12 weeks.
12 new recipes minimum in 12 weeks.
Be totally Vegan in 12 weeks (I’m just beginning)
Try 12 new things in 12 weeks (these could be anything at all!)
Build up to a minimum of 12 miles running per week by the end of 12 weeks
Here we go!!!
