TRANSFORM yourself this weekend with the Spies! Fri 1/27 - Mon 1/30
The 80’s were full of transformations in TV, Music, Fashion, Politics, Computers and more. Join us this weekend to celebrate the 80’s while TRANSFORMing YOU! Dig out your jean jackets, mini skirts, leg warmers and off the shoulder shirts. Shake that big hair! Pop in your favorite cassette tape of Micheal Jackson or Madonna. Finally check your Swatch watch to be sure it’s the weekend and you are ready to PARTY!
~ Take Out ~ Take out that 80’s clutter! Clean out or organize something daily (10pts/day)
~ Remember when ~ Pull out your favorite memories/songs/whatever from the 80’s and share them daily on your team chat thread. (10pts/day)
~ Aerobic ~ Pull back that big hair with your head band for at least 20 min intentional cardio minutes a day. (10pts per 20min/ 30pt or 60min max per day)
~ Naked ~ No added salt! This means the salt shaker or other seasonings containing salt. (10pts/day)
~ Share ~ Blog about your transformation in health/fitness/wellness. (40pts one time)
~ FORM ~ Check that FORM in the mirror as you push out some serious strength training reps this weekend. Cut off sweatshirts, leg warmers and headbands optional! (5pts per 10 reps/ 30pt or 60 rep max per day) *Please do not work same areas on consecutive days!
