Over the years my lifestyle has changed considerable. Changes are from drinking nonfat milk, using whole grain products such as bread and cereals and changing to healthier carbohydrates like from quick to old fashioned or steel cut oats. White rice to brown rice and down the line of carbohydrates. I've limited sugar, started drinking 8-12 glasses of water, exercise at least 30 minutes daily, added strength training a couple times a week and so on. I eat 5-10 servings of vegetables daily about 80% of the time and reading articles on Spark People. I eat protein with each meal and snack.

Over all, my intake and exercise has improved.
