Day 3 Eat to Live

I was down 0.5kgs this morning!!! That means I am down a total of 1.5lbs in 2 days. That was great to see on the scales!
This morning I switched it up. I had a smoothie instead of the fruit:
1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 handful of blueberries
4 large strawberries
1 teaspoon peanut butter.
Lunch was the same - salad, half a whole wheat pitta with the eggplant and spinach dip. I also had a second smoothie in the afternoon. I've not eaten so many of the crackers today.
I had dinner of:
Kale, spinach, carrots, broccoli, cauli, peas and a sweet potato that I didn't eat as I nuked it in the microwave by mistake. Dr Fuhrman says to eat at least 1lbs of cooked veg - I weighed my plate and it was 1.2lbs! I managed to finish it all although it is a bit bland. I think I'll investigate some of the recipes from the book for this week.
I've had a bad headache all afternoon so I'm not sure what that's about. It's a bit disappointing. I've not been drinking as much water today but I have drank a few cups of herbal tea.
Anyway, I'm going to relax now and hopefully kick this headache. Sleep well my friends!
