Day 4 Eat to Live

So today I was at work. This helps in some ways as it forces me to only eat what I take to work. However it also means I get up a lot earlier and there is a bigger gap between meals.
Breakfast at 6.15am
1 cup oatmeal (steel cut)
Handful of blueberries mixed into oatmeal
I had an apple at around 9.30 as I was making grumbling noises! I followed the apple with 1/2 oz of almonds.
Lunch at 1pm (I eat late so the afternoon seems shorter)
1 big bowl of salad which included 1/4 cup of chickpeas.
I've decided I don't like chickpeas cold. I also had 1/4 cup blueberries, 1 cup of the lentil stew from the book and 1 grapefruit.
Around 2.30pm I had 1 banana and 1 apple.
Dinner was delicious! I made the vegetarian chilli from the Eat To Live book. I added an extra can of cannelloni beans and there is so much left over! I won't need to cook tomorrow which is awesome as I have to take my eldest daughter to her first Sparks meeting (it's the youngest girl guides and what an appropriate name!). I had this chilli on top of broccoli and also had half a whole wheat pita with half an avocado in it. YUM!!!!
I followed this with a kiwi fruit and a plum. The plum was disappointing... not the nice juicy texture.
I had a few of the oil free seed crackers while I was cooking - it took an hour for the chilli to simmer and I took the time to make the girls something (they don't like spicy food) and make up their lunchbags.
So, a good day 4. My headache is way better. I feel like I also ate enough beans today! I feel very satisfied! Let's see what the scale says tomorrow... I feel like it might be a gain - My belly feels so full of the delicious chilli and avocado!
