Day 6 Eat to Live and feeling good!

I ate almost exactly the same as for day 5 as I had no time at home for cooking and there was still chilli leftovers. I think I switched the lentil stew for more chilli at lunch because I had run out of the stew.
I’m feeling good - a little stiff and achy as I had a massage last night and she worked hard on my back and hips. I’m feeling it today! Looking forward to the benefits I’ll feel tomorrow!
I went to visit my friends who had a baby boy 10 days ago and they are all doing great – you forget how small newborns are. If I was younger… ha ha ha!!!
I weighed myself this morning and I was down another 0.1kgs. That brings my total loss in 6 days to: 2.4lbs. Woo hoo!
Tomorrow it’s my week 1 weigh in… and I’m hoping I’ll lose a little more again. We are away this weekend, camping at the ranch. I plan on sticking with eating to live and keeping away from processed foods and oils. It will be hard. Mark will want to eat out somewhere. I’m not sure how I will managed that – but we shall see. I am not craving the coconut milk ice-cream I thought I would. I’m not craving sweet things – or savory – or processed. It’s good… I’m feeling good!
I’m just a little tired still. I still haven’t slept properly but maybe that’s because I’m worrying about our car – it has to go to the garage tomorrow and the brakes are not working properly. I hope it will not be an expensive day! I also hope they are able to fix things quickly as we want to head off to the ranch as soon as Mark finishes work. I hope he gets off early!
OK.. I need to come up with eating out strategies just in case… Any ideas?
