Day 1, Round 2

I joined this weeks' Spark team in the quest of REALLY getting back on track. I have been playing at tracking and trying to convince myself to do more cardio/strength and it just hasn't clicked. As I was reflecting on what worked, and why, the first time I dove into the Spark program I realized that it was the camaraderie of fellow "newbies" that made it better in some way. As I sat there thinking about that I decided that if I was really going to make a serious attempt and losing the extra weight I had put back on that I needed to act as if I were a "newbie". Having made that decision I joined this weeks' team and got on with my day! I did my cardio and my strength video, drank all of my water (and then some!) and took a walk on the beach! GO ME! Day 1 done with all goals met!
