I don't like my trainer.
Well, maybe I just don't like lower body strength training. Squats, squats and more squats! ARGH I really hate squats! Squats with dumbbells, Squats with kettlebells, squats with barbells, squats with medicine balls, and just plain old squats. LOL - I feel like I'm walking with a ball between my legs today. It's pretty bizarre.
In the end, I know I will thank my trainer and hug him with my brand new strong arms. But today I don't like him. Not one bit.
On upper body training days, I like him a lot.
