Early Weight Loss - No Surprise

Been through this only once on my first Spark push, so I'm not surprised to lose 5 lbs. in a week. (not a big diet/exercise person my whole life till I started Sparking in 2009)
Probably will easily drop the 1st 10 lbs. in the first 2 weeks, but then the real hard work starts.
This is when I'll appreciate all the support Spark brings.
