Hello spark friends,
I am really working hard to remain consistent. To me that is the hardest part of this journey. I can workout until my heart is content, but making time to prepare my foods is the challenge.
Anywho, I walked 3 miles on yesterday evening. I am learning to eat dinner before I workout. That helps me a lot.
I am making a protein shake this morning to take with me to get me going. Lunch is being provided at work today....(ugh), I hope it is not too bad.
I am in the race for the long hall....
When I updated my tracker, and my weight loss goal is 58 pounds, I was like wow...you have come a long way. I am taking it one day at a time. I will not stress of the weight, but my goal is be consistent and get this done once and for all.
I was talking with this guy and we were talking about weight loss and goals. He asked me how much are you trying to lose and I said 60 pounds. This idiot had the nerve to tell me I need to talk to Jarred??? I am like who is Jarred...thinking a personal trainer/chef or something and he says the subway guy! needless to say we have not spoken since. It is amazing how people treat you when you are on your weight loss journey, but as soon as you lose the weight, they want to be all in your face....
I will not discuss my weight loss efforts are issues outside of this arena anymore....
