Dr Fuhrman's Immunity Solution October 2012 - Week 5

As of Sunday September 30th, I have lost 8 lbs in the first 4 weeks. I had hoped to lose 10 lbs but I am happy with where I am. I was already dieting when I started the program and had stalled. So while I did not get the initial rapid weight loss, I have started losing again.

I have not been as diligent as I could have been on the weekends. I am satisfied with my weekday meal plan and will sticking with that again this week. For my Beans & Greens dinners this week I am having mixed greens with black eyed peas. I will plan my weekend meals, go shopping Thursday evening and limit myself to eating out no more than twice.
