Puppy Pics! and Getting Back on Track!

I wrote last time that I was meeting my brother-in-laws new puppy for the first time, so I thought I'd post some pics. He's stinkin' adorable!!!
His name's Gunner :)
But, back to weight loss stuff - - I had a pretty rough week with eating last week on Thanksgiving and the few days around it I had a bunch of junk. I didn't totally binge, but really got off track from the low-cal healthy eating I'd been doing the week before. I worked out 3x last week. Not terrible, but not great either. I'm aiming more for 4-5 this week.
I started out yesterday with 25 minutes on the StairStepper and then today was 45min. SPIN class and about 30 minutes of strength training arms and chest.
Also, I started keeping my Calories per day and workouts on a public Google Cal document. I really like tracking my calories and workouts on SparkPeople, but it's extra nice to see everything week-to-week all in one place! Kind of a nice way to see your progress (or where things are lacking!)
