The Inbetween

I've enjoyed participating in my very first BLC! So much, in fact, that I'm going to do it again! But there is an "inbetween" period from the end of the BLC 20 to the beginning of the BLC 21. What will my strategies and goals be during that time?

1. Continue to drink 12 glasses of water every day.

2. Continue and increase my strength training every day.

3. Increase my cardio to at least 2 times a week.

4. Increase my fruit and veggies to 6 a day, every day. That's 2 of them with every meal, including breakfast!!

5. Sleep. In bed, lights out by 10:00 pm so that I can get 7 hours of sleep a night.

6. Track my nutrition every day!

7. Challenge myself 2-3 times a week with GOYB, GOYBAD, and other challenges from the BLC 20.

8. Stay in touch with my wonderful Ivory Falcon team mates!!
