2013 Week 1 Completed

Welcome to 2013! It's been crazy busy at work. The end of one year and beginning of another always is. Nothing much to report this week.
I made a plan and stuck with it. I lost 4 pounds for the week. My son and I have been a little under the weather so I didnt get as much exercise in as I had intended to. Still a solid week.
I hope everyone is off to a good start towards their goals.
