Today I am having a sore all over body kind of day, but am trying everything I have learned so far to manage this pain naturally.
After an hour of easy yoga stretching, my muscles ache less, but the fatigue lingers.
I’ve made up a turmeric concoction that doesn’t taste awful. I mixed it with cinnamon, ginger and stevia and cooked it with water to make a paste and I take a couple tsp’s of that a day followed by a glass of water and a dose of white willow bark.
I’ve been trying out cayenne pepper and can down that know with a bit of juice and apple cider vinegar. I really do think it is helping to heat my body and aid circulation.
I know there isn’t a cure for fibromyalgia and degenerative osteoarthritis, so I will continue to pursue this lifestyle rather than take a lot of prescription medications. I did have to resume my Lyrica at the 75mg dose, which is still low as I was having way too much muscle pain without it. I would like to try and cut it down or out one day though.
I sure appreciate everyone else’s idea’s for herbal remedies that help them.
