Where to *BEGIN*?

emoticon Hi,
It has been so long since I have been on Spark.Well I have internet now,been without for the past 2 years.
So how are things??? Well with my weight things are HORRIBLE.When my life started spinning out of control...so did my eating.
I "was" a very strong sparker, however not so much now emoticon
Where do I begin? Do I work on my food first,or fitness...tackle all of it at once?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

One day at a time..... emoticon you already have the tools.....so you start with healthier eating...and more exercise..... emoticon Start slow...and steadily increase!! emoticon emoticon

    Oh, Christina! Welcome HOME! Dear girl, you have been so missed! I haven't been Sparking much either for nearly a year - or maybe more than a year? It just got to where all but one or two of my closest SparkFriends had "fallen away" and there was no Spark in it for me anymore. I'm so glad you are finding your way back to us. I know it has been a hard road to walk, but you know you have never been walking it alone.

    Now, down to business: What you definitely should NOT do is try to "tackle everything at once"! I think you're one of the people who taught ME that so long ago! Remember? BABY steps! Pick ONE thing and start it TODAY, whether it's logging your food or taking ten minutes somewhere in your day to start exercising again. Get that ONE thing to become a good habit again, then tackle the next ONE thing!

    How is Dakota these days? He must be so big now!
