Saturday Is Weigh In Day!!! Oh Boy...

Friday, May 24, 2013

emoticon Hello~

Ok , so right now its 10pm Friday. As soon as I wake up its weigh in time!
Ok so I'll admit I'm a little scared right now emoticon
But hey God doesn't give me a spirit of fear...But only a spirit of POWER, LOVE, AND OF A SOUND MIND!!! emoticon

So here is my checklist...You know just in case that emoticon decides to be stubborn.

For this past week did I :

1. Pray and ask God to help me make good choices emoticon
2. Eat a healthy breakfast everyday emoticon
3. Track ALL my food everyday, and stay within my calorie range emoticon
4. Do some kind of exercise each day emoticon
5. Pack healthy lunches, and snacks for work emoticon
6. WATER! emoticon
7. Encourage someone else emoticon

I'm sure this list will get longer as time goes on.I have done my part, so if that scale is stubborn...Its NOT my fault.Besides I have made great progress that will not EVER show up on that scale.
I have passed up food that wasn't planned...The kind that could REALLY get me into trouble!!
There is a "spring in my step" so I know I'm moving easier.
AND my food choices are SO MUCH better!

Ok so I have to give glory where it is due... Thank you Lord!

I'll keep you posted on my weigh in. Friends have a great weekend, be safe, make GREAT choices!.
Always know I'm here for you, SparkMail me if you need PRAYER emoticon
God Bless Always~Christina

emoticon Besite!!! I am so proud of you. And to be honest you inspire me to do more.

So keep up the great work, text me and let me know your weight. I will weigh tomorrow too and let you know.

On the positive side for me, I did do 2 walks today, not fast and not far, but at least I am moving forward since surgery.

To God be the glory in everything we do!

    Love you to bits!
