Day 1 of my restart. That was HARD!

I feel like I was very successful with a HUGE emoticon to my husband who kept me in line when I got home from the gym and wanted to snack at 1130pm and he steered me in the right direction!

I was really hungry in the late afternoon and grabbed a baggie of carrots and took it with me and ate it. Then by dinner my stomach was growling. I'm not used to actually feeling physically hungry. It was difficult but I managed to not eat crazy amounts even though the choices at work weren't that appealing.

So far so good for today. I'm logging everything I eat so here's to keeping me honest!
