My Goals for BLC22

My goal for this BLC round is to lose 12 pounds. My action plan is to:
1. Plan my meals for each week.
2. Do my grocery shopping and cooking on Saturday for the week.
3. Make sure I prep all of my fruits and vegetables so that they are ready to go!
4. Use SP Nutrition tracker to log all of my food.
5. Drink 12-14 glasses of water daily.
6. Exercise a minimum of 40 minutes daily and log it on the Fitness Tracker.
7. Track my CICO daily.
My reward for accomplishing this goal is to buy a new bead for my Pandora bracelet.
