Sticking to the Basics

This week I realized that sticking to what I know gets results. 4lbs down! Woohoo! emoticon emoticon So excited especially after last week being a bad week. I started tracking my food this week, I only wish I could see my sugar intake as its something I'm trying to manage. I've started the fitness tracking too but I don't think its realistic for me to use the calculations for calories burned, so instead I bought myself a new heart rate monitor. I've been debating about walking a 5k this weekend but I don't know if it realistic for me to try since I just started walking that distance outdoor. Maybe I'll feel a little more prepared for the #5 summer series walk/run this summer. Well I hope I can stick to tracking, as I wasn't consistent before difference being that before I had to do it from a desktop now I can do it on the go. emoticon
