The plane finally arrived at my destination. ONEderland! Woohoo!

Oh my goodness! I did it! I made it back into ONEderland.

I am so stoked! For the first time in 9 months I am finally in the 100’s. I feel amazing! There have been many times over the last several months that I just thought I was never going to get back here.

Most of ya’ll know that I had lost 80 lbs before I started gaining weight back. I managed to gain back a whopping 28 lbs of my 80 lbs lost and it was really a struggle getting rid of that weight.

On April 7th my weight had gotten back up to 214.2 which was an all new high for my regained weight and that was when I really knew that I had to do something about it. When I got down to 186 lbs I had gotten down to a size 12. I had kept my size 14 jeans, but I had given away all my size 16 to 24 pants. So I think the lowest moment for me over the course of the last year was having to spend the last of my money in my savings account to but more size 18 clothes, and then when I lost some more weight I had to go buy more size 16’s. Today I am back in my size 14 jeans and feeling on top of the world. For the last 7 weeks I have been at a plateau of between 203 and 204.6 lbs. I am so very happy to FINALLY have broken that plateau and gotten down to 199.6. I am now smaller than my new husband has ever seen me, as I was 201 when we first met.

For those of you who don’t know, I got married on July 13th. I was 214.2 the day I bought my wedding dress and I was 202.2 when I got married. It is amazing how much difference 12 lbs makes. When I look at these pictures of me in the same wedding dress after a 12 lb weight loss it excites me to think what 20 or 25 lbs difference will make. I am more motivated than I have been in I do not know how long. For the first time in forever I feel like I really will be able to reach my weight loss goal of 159.

Everything is finally coming together for me. I got my Bachelor’s Degree on May 12th. I got engaged on May 16th. I got married on July 13th. I moved in to my new home with my husband and his daughter on July 20th. July 24th I hit ONEderland for the first time in 9 months. It has been a heck of a year so far and it is only a little over halfway over. The future is brighter than ever.

It won’t be long before I get back down to 186 lbs, and then I am going to keep on losing so I can get to an all new low weight. With each passing day I am feeling stronger, healthier, and sexier (which as a newlywed, is a good thing to feel).

I am super happy. Hoorah!
